Monday morning, we hosted several Veterans and their families from our school community at our annual Veteran's Day Celebration. Students made cards and sang songs to our guests in appreciation of their sacrifice and service to our country.
Special thanks to our local Kingman Starbucks and Dunkin' for supplying the coffee and treats for our event! ☕️

Our Title 1 AND Literacy Night is just around the corner — next Wednesday, November 5th from 5:00-7:00pm. Check the attached flyer for more info. Our book fair will be open for business all evening!! 🥳 📚 📖

It’s all treats, no tricks, at our upcoming Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, October 23rd! Join us on our campus from 5:00 - 7:00pm for a ghoulishly good time with us! There will be food trucks, decorations, and of course CANDY! Don't forget to wear your costumes!

Desert Willow families, we will be hosting our next PTVO meeting Tuesday, the 14th after school @ 4:30pm on our campus.
For those that cannot make it, we will be having a FB Live so make sure to join us! We want to hear your ideas and opinions! 😁🏫💻 ✏️

Yesterday, our staff and students wore gold to bring awareness and show support for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! Every gold outfit represents hope, love, and support for those impacted by this disease. 💛🎗️ #KUSDCares #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth

Teaching the next generation of animal lovers! A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer, Mr. Smith, for visiting Desert Willow classrooms to teach our kiddos about the importance of animal rescue, and the services they provide!

Attention! 📣Beginning October 13th (after our Fall Break) Desert Willow will be changing our student dismissal locations/procedures. At dismissal, our school buses will now enter and leave our first parking lot, not the far second lot like before. This means that Express Pickup AND Secure Pickup will now both be in our gymnasium. Included is a map detailing this change. We are hoping this will allow for our busses to leave on time without getting backed up behind cars on the street. Thank you for your cooperation! 😄
